Part-time Outside Sales & Business Development Specialist

We’re ready to add a part-time Outside Sales & Business Development Professional to our established sales and hospitality team.
We are not simply looking for someone to make sales calls. We want a polished, self-motivated relationship builder who enjoys being out in the community, making meaningful connections, and turning those connections into new business.
This person will join a team with strong systems, clearly defined roles, and positive momentum already in place. They can focus on opening doors and building relationships, knowing our internal team is ready to support proposals, planning, and execution.
The position will include:
• Identifying and pursuing qualified local leads
• Building relationships with businesses, venues, planners, organizations, and referral partners
• Representing The Silver Shamrocks at meetings and networking events
• Collaborating with our team on prospecting and sales strategy
• Creating thoughtful, qualified handoffs to our hospitality team
Depending on the candidate’s experience, professional network, and areas of strength, the role may focus on growing our corporate business or developing an additional sales lane. I’m excited to see who is out there and what they could bring to our team.
The ideal candidate has experience in outside sales, business development, hospitality, or relationship-based selling. Strong local connections, excellent follow-through, and the ability to work independently are especially important.
This is a flexible, part-time position averaging 20–30 hours per week, with some local travel and occasional networking events.
