Julie Kowalski is a highly accomplished performance consultant with more than 30 years of experience blending management, operations, and performance technologies together to accomplish remarkable results. Julie owns and operates Creative Partnerships, Inc., which provides high-impact performance improvement solutions to small and medium-sized business leaders. Julie’s expertise is focused on leveraging human capital and she is best known for overcoming seemingly "impossible" problems, closing mission-critical skill gaps, and developing solutions that pay for themselves.
Julie began her work with optimizing human capital while as a Regional Consultant for DDI, a world-renowned performance consulting firms that supports Fortune 500 businesses. At DDI, Julie supported leaders representing dozens of industries with their talent assessment, development, and selection needs. In addition to honing her technical skills at creating behavior change, Julie gained new expertise in behavioral interviewing, job analysis, and assessment centers. Later, Julie studied at the Disney Institute where she broadened her expertise in creating world-class onboarding experiences that dramatically improve an organization’s ability to engage and retain employees.
Julie had earned numerous certifications, including Mastery Works Talent Retention and Development Technologies, Kirkpatrick Strategic Evaluation Planning, Learning Paths, DDI Job Analysis, DDI Assessment Center, DDI Interaction Management, DDI Customer Service Works, DiSC Styles Facilitator, Adapting Traditional Classroom Design for Virtual Instruction, and the Denison Culture and the Bottom Line assessment.
Julie has a BS degree from Oakland University and lives in Waterford, Michigan with her husband, daughter, and the best dog ever.
