Turning Talk Into Action: Building Team Commitment Through Clarity and Connection
In today’s competitive workplace, employees aren’t just asking, “What’s the goal?”—they’re asking, “Do I matter in helping us get there?”
Inspired by the Harvard Business Review’s May–June 2025 article “The Power of Mattering at Work,” this dynamic workshop explores how leaders can build stronger, more committed teams by fostering clarity, inclusion, and follow-through in every interaction.
Participants will engage with signature insights from JADE Strategies, Inc., including tools and techniques drawn from our High-Performing Teams, Sustainability – Meeting Rhythms & Performance Drivers, and Mastering Sustainable Change – Navigating Uncertainty labs.
This workshop is designed to help leaders:
- Strengthen team buy-in, even when perspectives vary
- Make meetings matter by ending with clear decisions and next steps
- Align daily behaviors with long-term goals and values
- Lead confidently through ambiguity, change, and competing priorities
- Create a culture where everyone knows their contributions count
Whether you're leading a department, managing a team, or guiding organizational strategy, this session equips you to lead with presence and purpose—ensuring your people don’t just show up, they buy in.
