The Courtyard of Auburn Hills Resident Walk to End Alzheimer's

Lace up for a good cause!

Several of our staff are walking as a team in the Walk to End Alzheimer's on September 27^th but our residents wanted to support the cause with a walk of their own!

We are holding a walk around our property for them and want to give them a full experience of support from the community with water stations, sign holders, and cheers to encourage them to walk one full lap (or more if they are able) around the planned walk-way in our community. Many of them walking have dementia or Alzheimer's.
 
Our chefs are making sack lunches, we will have a bake sale, T-shirts with the team's name, and other items available for donation. But, most important for us is to have a large group of support for our residents while walking!
