When: Class will meet for 2 days from 8:30AM-5:00PM (EST).
Where: Class will meet at The Brooks Group HQ in Greensboro, NC.

About the Program:
The Sales Leadership Accelerator goes beyond theory and inspiration.
The instructor-led training program gives sales managers a proven strategy to improve their team’s sales performance with tactical steps for executing with success. The program can be offered virtually across 8 sessions or in-person over 2.5 days.
Sales managers will have a better understanding of their role, where to focus their attention, and how to coach to the strengths and weaknesses of each of the sales professionals they lead as well as the opportunity to network and collaborate with other leaders who have “been there, done that.”
